How do I shop on apm.mc?

You may discover the new collection on our homepage.
On the PRODUCTS page, you can apply filters on the color, price, collection, product type and style (chic, fun, fashion).
You can also go to the COLLECTIONS page to see the products in their universe.
Go to the WEEKLY INSPIRATIONS page to discover the products worn by our favorite APM girls.
When you have chosen the pieces you would like to purchase, select your size (if needed) and quantity, and click on either Ship to Me or In-Store Pickup before adding your product to the cart.

How do I create an account?

Click on the icon  on the top right-hand corner, and click on "Create Account". Choose "Login with Facebook" if you want to create an account with your Facebook account; or create an account with your email address.


Can I cancel or modify my order?

 
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 min. After those 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

It can happen that product is out of stock.

Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

All items are shipped in APM Monaco signature packaging.

Product information

Which APM Monaco products are available for purchase on apm.mc?

APM Monaco products available for purchase online include necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, anklets, medals and pendants (clippable), brooches, T-shirts, sneakers, tote bags, pouches and jewelry boxes.


What are the different types of earrings?

There are different types of earrings:
- The mono earring: it is sold as 1 unit et doesn't come as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order this earring in 2 quantities or mix it with another APM mono earring.
- The sliding earring: it does not require your ear to be pierced, you can adjust it on your ear.
- The asymmetric earrings: the 2 earrings creating the pair don't have the same design.
- The hoop earring: these earrings are in a hoop design
- The underlobe earring: it is composed by 2 parts. The underlobe part can be placed behind your lobe while being visible, or it can be removed to wear the other part alone, as a stud.


What is the difference between a necklace and a clippable medal ?

The necklace is made of a chain and a pendant already assembled, the pendant cannot be removed.
The clippable medal is sold alone, it does not come with the chain, and it can be easily clipped on the chain of your favorite bracelet or necklace.


What kind of product materials do you use?

 
Our products are made of 925 silver.
Components vary from one product to another. Stones used are zirconias, spinel, synthetic ruby, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, nacre and fresh water pearls.

Can 925 silver jewelry cause allergy?

None of our 925 silver products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials. Our company is ISO 9001-2000 certified.


Is your jewelry fragile?

Our jewels are carefully handcrafted by our experienced teams in our own factories. All of our stones are hand-set using high jewelry techniques. The surface treatments used allow our jewels to be guaranteed for 1 year whatever their use is. However, shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality of the jewel faster.


How long is the lifespan of the jewellery?

Our jewels are carefully handcrafted by our experienced teams in our own factories. All of our stones are hand-set using high jewelry techniques. The surface treatments used allow our jewels to be guaranteed for 1 year whatever their use is. However, shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality of the jewel faster.

Outside of this year's warranty, we offer repair services for 20€.

Which payment methods do you accept?

apm.mc accepts the following types of payment for online purchases:

When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then be redirected to apm.mc.


Is my payment secure?

Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to us. All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security.


What is the security code on my credit card?

A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online.

  • For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number.

        

  • For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover…): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.

        


Will I be charged extra sales tax?

All the prices displayed online on apm.mc are tax inclusive.

    Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

    The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities. All APM Monaco online purchases require a signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx or DHL.

    If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be temporarily hold at a local FedEx or DHL station near you.


    How can I track my order?

     
    APM Monaco will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the website of FedEx (www.fedex.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com).
    If you log in online to your APM Monaco Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.

    How can I change my delivery address?

    If you order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address.
    Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address. You will need to contact FedEx or DHL directly in your country.
    Please note that FedEx may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched. FedEx will not accept any change of address in a different country. APM Monaco will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.

    Can my order be delivered in multiple times?

    The satisfaction of our client is our priority. We are sending the readily available products in priority. It is therefore possible that your order may be shipped in several times.
    In this case, we will send you an email confirming the products sent.

    In-store pick up

    Can I collect my order in a store?

    You can easily pick up your order in store by selecting the "In-Store Pickup" option before adding the product to your cart. You can choose your nearest store on "Choose location".

    Once you have selected this option, entered all the requested information and proceed to the payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm that the product is ready for you to pick up in your selected store.

    To collect your ordered item(s), please present the Order Confirmation email you received in-store.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?

    Returning an item couldn't be easier!
    Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned to apm.mc or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques, up to thirty days from the date of receipt.
    We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.
    All the personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How do I exchange or return a product?

    Exchanges and Returns to apm.mc:
    Please contact us by email by clicking here to request an exchange or a return to apm.mc. One of our Dedicated Advisors will send you the instructions.
    Please note that for exchanges and returns to apm.mc, you may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package. APM Monaco will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation. APM Monaco is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns to apm.mc.
    Exchanges and Returns to an APM Monaco store:
    Simply visit one of our APM Monaco boutiques with the item(s) you wish to exchange or return. The refund will be issued within 24 hours after you drop your return.

    Can I exchange or return a customized item?

    If the production process of your personalized jewel has not started yet, you can modifiy or cancel your order.

    Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process had started.


    When will I receive my refund?

    The refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.

    Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping charges are non-refundable.

    What is APM Monaco warranty?

     
    We guarantee our jewels 1 year, whatever their use is. This warranty is international and applicable on every product. During this warranty period, we offer full complimentary repair services.
    No questions asked!

    What happens if my 1-year warranty has expired?

     

    If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for 20 Euros. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair, the verification of the stones setting, the weld control, the polishing, the surface treatment that will restore your jewel to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty.

    How to personalize a jewel?

    You can personalize your jewel with letters and symbols of your choice. You can also, for some products, engrave the back of your jewel with a handwritten message or a drawing.

    Can I choose as many letters as I want to personalize the front of my jewel?

    Depending on the size of your jewel (small or big medal), and depending on the font size you selected (from S to XL), you will be able to choose from 1 to 5 letters, numbers or symbols.

    Can I keep the front of my jewel empty?

    No, you need to select one or more letters, numbers or symbols to personalize the front of your jewel.


    Is it possible to engrave a jewel?

    Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on a selection of necklaces and medals (clippable). You can engrave your jewel with a typed message in a specific font (3 size fonts available), with your own handwritten message or with a drawing.

    What are the engraving options?

    There are 3 different options to engrave your jewel:
    - Upload an image of a handwritten message or a drawing (maximum size: 2 MB)
    - Engrave a message with a pre-defined font by typing on your keyboard (3 font sizes available)
    - Draw your message or your picture (recommended with an iPad pen)

    Can I engrave the front of my jewel?

    No, you can only engrave the back of your jewel.


    What are the engraving guidelines to have the best result?

    Below are the guidelines for the option "Upload your message or drawing". They will help you to get the best results:
    - Do create a simple line drawing or handwriting, avoid complicated drawings or images
    - Avoid shading or fill
    - Adjust the scale to find the perfect proportion on the back of your jewel.
