You may view our latest products and collections on our homepage. You can also look for specific products or collections through our in-site search tool, or by browsing the different Collections and Products in the navigation bar. On the Product Category page or the Collection Pages, you may use the Filter tool to further refine your search by silver color, price and/or collection.
When you have chosen the pieces you would like to purchase, select your size (if needed) and quantity, and click on either Ship to Me or In-Store Pickup when adding your product to the cart.
The delivery dates indicated are for reference only and delivery may take more time than anticipated based on production time.
We are sorry that apm.mc does not accept phone orders at this time.

How do I create an account?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

 
In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 min. After those 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

On the rare occasion an item is sold simultaneously to multiple customers online, the stock information may become temporarily inaccurate. In this case, we will contact you right away, to cancel the items which are unavailable or exchange with other items and proceed with the rest of the order.


Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

All apm.mc orders come with an APM Monaco jewelry box and pouch, which are perfect for any gift occasion.

Our products are made of 925 silver.
Components vary from one product to another. Stones can be made of different raw materials such as synthetic cubic zirconia, spinel, synthetic ruby etc.

Can 925 silver jewelry cause skin allergy?

None of our 925 silver products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials. Our company is ISO certified and we are respectful of the environment.


Is your jewelry fragile?

No. However, the pieces are delicate and require a level of attention that befits their beauty. All our jewellery is handmade using high-end jewellery techniques. Your purchase is a precious jewel of very high quality and, as such, you have care of it. Should an accident occur, your jewellery may be repaired in our workshops, as any jewellery product would.


How long is the lifespan of the jewellery

Silver is a noble but soft metal which can become deformed if it is not used in an exemplary manner. While it is true that silver will become grey, because it is a metal that naturally oxidizes, our jewellery has a rhodium coating, which enhances the longevity of its shine.

    Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

    For security reasons, all APM Monaco online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx.
    If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If you are still unavailable to sign for your package after three business days, the package will be temporarily hold at a local FedEx station near you.
    If you require additional redelivery services afterwards, APM Monaco will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges.

    How can I track my order?

     
    APM Monaco will send you a Shipping Confirmation email containing an air waybill number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order online. 
    If you log in online to your APM Monaco Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.

    How can I change my delivery address?

    Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address. You will need to contact FedEx directly in your country.
    Please note that FedEx may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched. FedEx will not accept any change of address in a different country. APM Monaco will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.

    In-store pick up

    Can I collect my order in a store?

    When you are about to select the product by adding to the cart, you can select the In-Store Pickup option. You may select your preferred store to order an item.

    Once you have selected this option and entered all the requested information, you will receive an email to confirm that the product has been ordered and will be ready within 24 hours for you to pick up in your selected store.

    To collect your ordered item(s), please present the Order Confirmation email you received to one of our Store Associates.

    Returns & Exchanges

    What is your return policy?

    Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned to apm.mc or to one of our APM Monaco stores, up to thirty days from the date of purchase.
    We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, for an exchange or a return, when accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.
    All the pierced earrings and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    How do I exchange or return a product?

    Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned to apm.mc or to one of our APM Monaco stores up to thirty days from the date of purchase.
    We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, for an exchange or a return, when accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.
    All the pierced earrings and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
    APM Monaco reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a return that does not meet the above requirements at APM Monaco’s sole discretion.

    Can I exchange or return a customized item?

    Unfortunately, orders for customized products cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the production process starts.


    Can I exchange or return pierced earrings?

    Unfortunately, orders for pierced earrings cannot be modified, cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after they have been shipped due to hygienic reasons.


    When will I receive my refund?

    The amount to be refunded for the purchased items(s) shall be reimbursed via the original method of payment used by the Customer. The refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection. Once the refund is issued by APM Monaco to the Client, an automated email will notify the Client with the email address provided in the original order. This Refund Confirmation email will include the details of the returned product(s).

    Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase and the return shipping charges are non-refundable. APM Monaco reserves the right to refuse an exchange or a return that does not meet the above requirements at APM Monaco’s sole discretion.

    What happens if my 1-year warranty has expired?

    Our jewels are manufactured and set in accordance with fine jewelry techniques. The high-quality manufacturing enables our jewels to be repaired and receive new surface treatments to make them brand new again.
