Refund policy

Products purchased on may be exchanged or returned to or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques, up to thirty days (30 days) from the date of receipt. Products purchased in store can be exchanged but not returned.
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.

If you choose to return your jewelry with a tracking number, please notify us by email at
We will process your request within 5 business days after receiving your jewelry.
After received your products, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund.
* Please note that APM Monaco is not responsible for the carrier fees for exchanges and returns.
You may use your preferred carrier with tracking services and insurances to secure your package.
APM Monaco will not be responsible for any loss during the transportation.

Exchanges and Returns to an APM Monaco boutique:
Simply visit one of our APM Monaco boutiques with the item(s) purchased online to exchange or return.
The refund will be issued within 24 hours after we received your return.

If you returned your product by mail to, the refund will be issued within 5 (five) business days after the returned
product has been delivered to our warehouse for inspection, via the original method of payment by the customer.
If you return your product to one of our stores, the refund will be issued usually within 24h after the returned product has been returned to the store.
Please note that we can refund only products purchased online. Products purchased in one of our retail stores cannot be refund.
