EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Returning an item couldn't be easier! Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned online or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques, up to 30 days from the date of receipt.
*For any order placed between Nov 22 - Dec 25, 2025, the exchange and return policy is extended until Jan 31, 2026
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging.
Please note that shipping and bank handling fees from your original order will not be refunded.
Exchange is free of charge. For return, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

WARRANTY
We guarantee our jewels 2 years international warranty on every product except accessories. Customers with valid proof of purchase could enjoy our complimentary repair services however the warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the jewels for example; but are not limited to, surface scratches, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse and hence a small repair fee will be occurred.
Color-fading under normal wear and tear on colored items (gold and rose gold) is covered by warranty within one year of purchase.
